What is Health Coaching?
Transformational health coaching and life coaching is designed to deliver:

So that you can make empowered decisions and take bold action toward achieving your goals for your health and life.
A health coach is different from a doctor, nutritionist or personal trainer in that we don’t prescribe a specific exercise or diet plan, but rather help and encourage you to intuitively hone in on the healthiest lifestyle for you, ie: our guidance is individually tailored to meet your unique needs and goals. Most people already know what they should be doing, but have a hard time sticking to it and staying on plan – especially when life throws them curve balls. Many people can make changes for a few weeks or months, but find themselves gravitating back to old habits and end up right where they started, all the while beating themselves up for not being successful. I always say, “Knowledge does not equal habit change”.
That is where health coaches come in. We are masters of habit change, helping you to change your relationship with food, money, work, and/or family. We help you to gradually reframe some of your old beliefs and habits that are no longer serving you and get around mental roadblocks that prevent you from having the life you want.
