Find Your Balance. Set an Intention. Create Harmony. Take Time for Yourself.
In today’s world of busy lives, hectic paces, and constant go-go-go, it’s easy to get tense, short tempered, sleep deprived, anxious and stressed. Women are often juggling many balls: family, career, finances, AND they are often the primary caregivers for their children, their parents, or both. It is not uncommon to feel depleted: taking care of everyone else, and not taking the time to care for themselves.
There is a saying that goes “you can’t pour from an empty well”, meaning that when you are burned out, you can’t bring your best self forward to care for those that you love.
Consider yourself invited to fill your well with fun, laughter, movement, breathing, meditation and relaxation exercises at our mini retreat. What a perfect way to start your self care initiative! Sandy and I hope to see you there!
XO,
Jenny
